Be Yoga is all about deep relaxation and building community. If you love a slow, mindful practice, this is your spot. They’re especially known for their Yin Yoga classes, offering long, meditative stretches that help release tension.

  • Sunday Sound Bath – The only studio in Auburn offering sound healing, a deeply relaxing way to end your weekend.

The Yoga Room – Strength & Sweat

Looking for a more intense, sweat-inducing practice? The Yoga Room is where you’ll find it. This studio offers Hot Yoga classes, as well as more advanced Level 2/3 flows that challenge experienced yogis.
