Olivine is Auburn’s newest destination for rooftop dining, blending Italian inspired dishes with sweeping views of downtown and the iconic Samford Hall tower. Located on the top floor of the AC Hotel Auburn, Olivine opened its doors with a menu full of wood fired pizzas, handmade pastas and seasonal small plates.

The restaurant’s sixth floor setting gives guests panoramic views of Auburn University and downtown. Whether you are inside near the open kitchen or out on the terrace by the fire pits, the skyline becomes part of the experience.
