SpringHouse Lake Martin: A Favorite Date Night Restaurant

SpringHouse at Lake Martin is one of my favorite date night spots. With its chef’s bar, cozy glow, and incredible food, every visit feels like a mini getaway.

If you haven’t been to SpringHouse at Lake Martin recently, it’s time to plan a visit. The restaurant sits tucked among the pines near Russell Crossroads, blending fine dining with the easy charm of lake life.

Cozy, Warm, and Welcoming

From the moment you walk through the doors, the aroma of the wood-fired kitchen greets you. I always sit at the chef’s bar where you can watch the team prepare each dish. The open kitchen adds a sense of connection to the food and the people who create it.

Date Night Done Right

For this visit, I ordered a glass of red wine—it’s the perfect way to settle into a cool evening. Curt chose the short ribs and loved every bite. Every dish that comes out of that kitchen is simply fantastic.

Lake Martin’s Signature Ambiance

As the sun sets, the view outside glows in soft amber light, and SpringHouse transforms into one of the most romantic spots on the lake. Whether you’re local to Auburn or visiting Lake Martin for the weekend, it’s worth the short drive.
